No, I don’t turn things into gold at my touch… In fact, I should say instead that I’m the great anti-Midas (or toilet-Midas) , since my “power” is pretty much the opposite (and all turns to shit)! But let me elaborate on this:
About 15 hours after my last post, my HDD was dead… A lot was lost and I’m yet to know if the warranty covers the data recovery… anyhow, after 15 minutes of this swirl apathy and panic, I thought: “Fuck it, Dude! Let’s go bowling!”
Well, different day, different piece of hardware (and I’m gonna get crucified for this): Kyocera’s dead! One moment it was spitting paper, the next: completely flatlined, appart from the message “Call service person F0″.
I guess this this means I’ll be boosting the Corean economy once again! Couldn’t be happier!

Running a scan disk on my laptop for the last 1,5 hour… “bad sectors”!

Just finished NFS: Most Wanted in career mode. Never have I been so pissed off with a game before than with the last couple of races of NFS:MW! I can say that it defies the laws of physics… ’cause I really can’t explain how I haven’t got any broken bones on my right hand after punching the furniture and the wall so many times and so hard! I literally had to get out of my room or I would have tore my laptop to pieces…
Anyway, I’m better now, having smocked Razor!
I can now resume my life!

I kinda skipped work (physically, since I’m working home) so that I could be home with my parents more than 2 or 3 days. Well, it’s good to be home… this home… and it’s only good to be Évora-home when when all, or part, of the gang is there too… otherwise, IT SUCKS!
Everything is pretty much the same here, apart from an orange cat that started sleeping in my backyard a couple of days ago, and is now spending most of his days near the house or in the backyard.

ADSL still rules, and since my arrival yesterday, I’ve got two new games, 2 movies and a couple of albums…
TIME still sucks, since the only thing I have time to (from the ones I’ve mentioned) is music…

Well, back to work then!
